Casandra Roache Founder of Inspire Many Enterprises, LLC began with a vision to help women “getaway”. Understanding that the normal routine when women got together was to complain, nag, and talk about all the horrible things in life. Ms. Roache wanted to create an atmosphere that was encouraging, enlightening, and uplifting. Therefore in 2004, she started W.A.N.T.E.D. (Women Achieving New Triumphs Everyday). W.A.N.T.E.D. is a summer luncheon series that focuses on introducing women to new and beautiful eateries on a sunny Saturday afternoon, allowing them to feel beautiful, connect with others, and discuss uplifting topics. Casandra Roache decided to keep the luncheon intimate in numbers, because she is driven to impact attendees with a lasting change. 100% of evaluations of the years have been positive. Therefore attracting men to the scene, who also wanted to have an input and be apart, Casandra allowed men to take part in the last luncheon of each series.
Over the years, Casandra has had experience in effecting change and action in many people. And it came to the point that in reviews from speeches, seminars, workshops, coaching sessions, and other engagements the one word used to decribe her was: Inspiring. Thinking hard about this word, Ms. Roache started to analyze the difference between motivation and inspiration and essentially she was driven to inspire. Casandra Roache’s mission is to leave a lasting impression to inspire everyone she comes in contact with to move towards their vision. Looking around, she has seen many unhappy people, or individuals who have an end goal but no clue how to get there, or others that just want to challenge themselves. Asking herself what is it I want to do on this earth? Ms. Roache replied: I want to leave a lasting legacy that I was apart of someone’s testimony.
Hence, the beginning of Inspire Many Enterprises, LLC. Inspire Many was created to help people, especially women, create the health, relationships and life they want now.
